How do I order?
Just email me with a list of the items and quantities that you are interested in.  I can work with you to finalise the design and can help you with your wording.  As well as my standard designs, I also make a lot of bespoke invitations for particular themes; just email me with what you are looking for and I will do what I can.
How do I let you know the wording that I want on my invitations?
Once you have placed your order, please email me with this information.  
How do I check that my stationery is exactly as I want it?
I will email you a proof of your design for you to check the wording, font and layout are as you wish (add sales@monepress.co.uk to your contacts in your email account to ensure that my emails are not classified as spam).  I can send you a physical proof of your day invite at no extra charge if you wish.  

Can I order a sample?
If you want to check the exact colour or finish of a design prior to placing your order, please request a sample by emailing me at sales@montaguepress.co.uk. Samples include example wording and are charged at the single item rate (there is no postage charge).  The cost of up to 2 samples can be redeemed against your order.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 4-6 weeks although the lead time could be shorter if I already have the materials in stock and you would like one of my standard designs or longer for bespoke designs.

I need my invitations urgently, can you get them to me quicker?
Please email me and I will do what I can to accommodate your request.  There may be an extra charge.

How much is delivery?
£10 per order for courier delivery (a signature is required) except sample invitations where delivery is included.

How do I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer into my HSBC business account or by PayPal.

When do I pay?
You pay when you formally place your order, which will be once we have agreed the design.
